U may hv yr own interpretations but for me the movie name Rockstar is justified..I could feel the hunger for success, which we rarely found in celebrities. I wd like 2 take two resemblances of famous personalities: 1.How AR Rahman a born hindu turned muslim and ruled the music world.. 2. How Great Michael Jackson suffered with sexual alligations after he reached the top of the success...for this reason the movie is an epic, even though the movie is not directed & edited well till the end..The movie is a masterpiece for extraordinary acting of RaNBIR and delightful music of AR rehman.I have not seen this kind of acting since 1990's from a commercial hero in hindi movies..HATS OFF

THE FILM IS MORE ABOUT THE ECCENTRICITY OF HUMAN EMOTION AND RELATION.
I DON'T KNOW IT JUST MY THINKING BUT LYRICS OF FILM ON STANDALONE BASIS WOULD MAKE MUCH SENSE; BUT is GREAT.ESPECIALLY SEEN IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STORY.

Also, how a little misunderstanding leads to big misgivings in life.
I watched this movie last night.. and went after checking the checking reviews & after watching the movie I said to myself, tht it's perfectly starred (4 stars).. I found it really interesting and different.. It is not a regular movie.. like I said, its very different movie.. it has deep emotions and unsaid things in it.. a different bonding.. crazy love to highest extent.. just like heer-ranjha.. plus it has comedy to entertain and chemistry.. request to ppl, pls don't bring kids wit u to theatre, its really annoying as they are suck a disturbance.. also, pls don't come to movies which has intimate scenes or dialogues as it makes it so awkword.. "just a suggestion".. last not the least, its worth watching it.. and if u're not into love movies, don't bother watching..
This is one of the worst movie i have ever seen. What this movie want to show to society that one can become rock star without effort? dedication and cheap love?
