Come on Rajesh, dont be cynical. Even may not know the answer of some of the simplest questions of yr day to day life. Like the capacity of Pressure Cooker in yr kitchen or number of Keys in your Key board or number of steps in your house staircase. So if u dont know smthing by chance doesnt mean that u r dumb. Its a genuine show and the best part is, it gives healthy entertainment to all age groups of the society.

The man who is a computer operator he does not know what is CPU is something surprising, and more importantly he won 5 crore.( I am not questioning is intelligence). Other point is that most of the questions asked to the contestants are based what they have studied otherwise even simple question like who is the National Human Right Commission (question for 12 or 25 lakhs to one of the contestant). KBC has lost its charm than its earlier versions.

Its a program to mint money from advertisements and SMS. The 90%questions in the program were not even a high school level and contestants were even not able to answer those simple questions.
While KBC5 is coming to an end, there was a good note. We found out that the deserving, middle class people were identified. Behold! there are no deserving middle class in beyond MP ad Maharashtra. Thats how this country is seen there was not a singe contestant from South India and no calls for gar baitiye logh... We had people from all over the country. GOT THE IDEA ? Either the telecom circle of IDEA is restricted to RESt OF India OR the Southern Part was IGNORED/NOT CONSIDERED. What an IDEA SIR-jee

Mr. Prasad, When u dont see the show regularly, please dont comment. There was a guy from a village in Karnataka who won 50 Lakhs and remember the Telugu brothers who participated in Diwali special week.

Boss, There were many people from South India and they had even faced difficulty while understanding the question. Due to language problem, they cud not win huge amount. Moreover, its just a show which has nothing to do with regional boundaries. Its a show not a political party which shud go door to door to beg for contestants and to make South Indians happy. Please come out of your regionally biased minds and appreciate the healthy entertainment it has delivered.

the selection of candidates in audition was with partiality,many contestents have told lies about themselves,one lady told she had only Rs 100 while attending audition,can any one belive this and she won good amount of money.hardly 5-6 candidates from south india,is this a reality show,no this is a partiality show.many of the contestents have told lies in the audition to get selected.if only poor peoples to be selected,kbc can open a trust for helping them by collecting money from SMS of fellow indians,but amithab bachan is star of the show is the only reason for success of kbc,but candidates selection is not justified.

Dont you think the more logical answer is Marathis and southindians dont require KBC to get rich... Did u see the comments on various channels as well as social networkign sites SCREAMING we require more crorepatis for UP and Bihar ... these bhikharis strive only on muft ka paisa and would do the same thing for generations

Any article invariably gets conerted to a UP, Bihar issue. Nearly 45% Indians speak Hindi which till recently was 2nd largest spoken language after Mandarin. Now what is UP, Bihar has been the most politically powerful zone in India right from the times of Ashoka, SamudraGupta, Chandra Gupta etc. Till date 4 Prime Ministers have been from this region. The Indo Gangetic plain has been the birthplace of Vedic- Hindu religion, Jainism and Buddhism. IT has been for quite many centuries the center of Indian religion, politics and culture. Now today Indian culture and religion is irrelevant. People prefer english. But no matter how much you curse, one can see that all those who curse UP Bihar or Hindi suffer from a deep seated inferiority complex.

Mr. Pandey! I hope you are also from Sout india. That is why you did not contest in KBC. The real reason for south indian is the language Hindi. We are not freely conversant with Hindi. People like Amar singh,Pawar, Mulayam, Lallu, Robert Vadra etc., These are from which area? South? Mind your words before spitting in this column.

In KBC5 choosen contenstant are frrom lower middle class range who actually need such opportunity. This one nice change for people in India. Rt now in India Rich people become more rich. But through KBC AAM ADMI BHI BADA HOGA. HHATS of to KBC. Seassonal Concept is Nice One. If it becom regular then Curiocity of KBC is reduce.

its matter of chance that he doesn't know that. Computer operator just uses computer. not necessary he knows about the computer hardware. you use TV do you know all parts of TV
