if it is a hollywood movie with even unknown actors, we indians will stand in que for hours.after watching the movie we will lift the movie sky high saying that supermovie excellent technology like vise. once our own indian produced the excellent movie with same technology,instead of to be proud as a Indian, we are criticizing. i am really wondering about our own Indian thinktank.

Dude if the movie is good then everyone will appreciate it like 3 idiots.. but this so called king khan keeps making dumb movie which is sopied from hollywood.. If you have talent then we should make good,realistic,quality superhero movies.

Its a shame that we indians hate our own stars so much. I bet half of the people who are criticizing Ra.one have not even watched the movie. We should appreciate the fact that SRK has done something different rather than the same silly jokes we see in bollywood. Bodyguard and Ra,One both are different type of movies so why are we comparing those two movies. Personally I loved both Bodyguard and Ra.one. We people should grow up and appreciate the work done by SRK. We Indians live with hatred and jealousy and thats Why the foreign people are better than us. It has been a hit in overseas because people appreciated that bollywood or Indian movies are also able to do things like this. And for the record Ra.one has recovered its cost. It has already earned more than 170 cr so howcome it becomes a flop I can't understand.

if theater owners are not earning, the movie is flop. of course one should appreciate the attempt, but the execution was pathetic and copied from robot.

Recovering the cost is no record for that matter. Obviously in the coming weeks, the turn out will be low and slow. Hopefully it just touches 250 cr mark. But B and C centers are already empty.

Now a days no movies run in full houses after 1st week. Bodyguard earned 115 crores in first week , Second week it just earned 20 cr . Financialy Eros,Srk all are happy. Eros themselves said they have recovered the costs and are earning profits now. SRK himself said in a interviewthat the movie was made at the cost of 130 crores and now it has earnes more than 170 crores so how it is a flop. There are just 2 or 3 scenes that are like robot. If it was a copy then Director Shankar and rajni himself would have criticized SRK. Robot and Ra.one are different. Just because Ra.one also has visual effects like robot it doesn't make the film same

1.So is it Ok if theater owners and distributors in loss?. 2.The point here is every one can appreciate the attempt but the movie is not up to the expectations. 3.we all here always elect your own MP and criticize for next 5 years.. and so on and do the same thing. we are proud to do? 4.why not the same for the criticism of movies? 5. I am just saying that most of the scenes and sequences are definitely inspired from Endhiran (might have arisen during the discussion early on for ROBOT by Shankar and SR). 6.Shankar and Rajini are not the kind of persons who will hold press meet for the story lines and create lot of publicity to make money. it never happened in their life. Superstars dont require press meets and cat walks with girls and pampering them always. 7. Recovering the cost dont make the movie a mega hit. The exact verdict will be out next week or so (even KANK, R b Jodi, all recovered cost, but do you think those movies are good?

theater owners and distributors in loss? Have you gone crazy. The film has already made 60 crores profit and you are saying theater owners are suffering loss. I don't know whether you read newspapers or not but after 3 days itslef the distributors said that they have recovered their cost so wherecome loses are. If you want to know whisch movie really suffered loses then It is BLUE (Remember that film) I agree with you that the films story is not that great But the first half was awessome. Its is no way that bad like you guys are making it.

I am repeatedly saying investing 170 crs over the period of 2 years; bank would have given 10%; mutual funds would have given >50%; if ideally invested share market would have given>100%; I am talking about sub distributors and small town theater owners yaar?
I understand everyone will have their capital in A Centre; Let us wait before it is declared mega hit or life time records etc., etc.,
On the third day would you tell the movie is running in loss if you are a distributor?
No one is hating SRK; it is the Ra1 a problem. Its neither class nor fantasy. absolutely pathetic. dont get carried away by some special effects. I like SRK but this movie, not even an ordinary one. If theater owners are not earning the movie is flop.
as we al know rediff is against raone from day one but still they r accepting dat the flop movie will earn more than the blockbuster bodyguard and will b highest earner in the history of bollywood in overseas. everyone will prefer to delliver such flops which can earn more thn 300 crore, btw i dnt care for subdistributors
