If movie making is a gamble, SRK is greatest player of that. he takes risk and his self confidence wins the game for him. in 20 odd years from nowhere to having an empire of 3000 crore
Ra. One:- Very low level stunts, no big starcast, why it took Rs.150 Crore to produce? In fact no big musician was also hired e.g. A R REHMAN SRK Is just fooling himself & all by showing big figures...very cheap tactics
Re: Ra.One---Where 150 Crore gone?

i wish he is fooling. in that case he must have earned more than 100 crore by now
i watched ra one and found a decent movie. it is not much liked coz we had lot of expectations from the movie. the stunts which we call humbug in ra one....the same stunts in terminator is applauded by us.
i think it was a genuine effort by srk team to create a world class movie. so what if it failed.
and rediff by putting such kind of post is degrading its quality. specially by having a person like raja sen in review panel.
either srk havent paid rediff or someone else has paid more to talk shit about ra one.

"the same stunts in terminator is applauded by us."
Terminator came almost 15-18 years ago. The stunts and effects then were new. Since then, thousands of movies featuring similar effects have come out. They have become stale now. No wonder people are feeling cheated.
Just came back after watching Ra one...agreed its not a masterpiece nor is it path breaking in terms of special effects as far as bollywood is concerned...but i have to hand it to the man Shahrukh that he has tried something new....and hats of for him..go watch it with your kids they will love it....i know cause my daughter loved it....
Rediff is going to so many extents to say Ra-One is flop and SRK is dead.
With a heading "Movies that nearly destroyed its stars" and putting Ra-One poster in the front. It is in such a bad taste, I am going to stop visiting Rediff now, Rediff stooped so low.

This time SRK didnt pay Rediff so they're writing the truth for the first time. SRK's blind chamchas like you will keep singing glory songs.

yea if they are writing truth then accept it now. "Ra.One, despite its approximate Rs 150 crore price tag, mixed reviews and inability to break Bodyguard's box office opening record, is still running strong in the theatres and expected to make a good deal of money."
