The reason why Rajini would have left to Singapore is to avoid the disturbances he uttered during medication at Chennai.. Top bureucrats wanted to use his medical treatment to show their intimacy with the actor..Moreover, the gossips which went through SMS about his health is horrible.. Think how will one be when he sees a rumoured SMS stating that he is dead.. this SMS was rounding the mobile on 13 May night.. as a human being Rajini needs privacy.. hence he deserves to stay out of country...

I like to differ here. Its not the capability which is questionable, rather credibility and professionalism with which indian medical fraternity works with. All the hospitals are biggest blood suckers these days. Good hearted doctors - not saying good doctors - are far and few between. Most physicians and experts have complete apathy towards common man's problem. They are least concerned about the disease and more about the money. They dont put effort in the diagnosis. You might not like if your friend or relative is a doctor, but the harsh reality is medical system in india has grown into something worse than dirty trade.

the issue is he doesn't want others, especially his fans, to know what his real state/problem is. He needs some privacy as well. Not NDTV cameras probing his ward.

Even a rickshaw puller is good in heart, because after his dailylong hardwork he drinks and have a sound sleep, only people who think i am good (by not drinking and smoking) are more dangerous to the society for the reason they keep identifying others fault, hiding their own wrong thoughts.

Well said Nilesh... Pampa... Whatever one does relates to ones responsibilities. Someone who doesnt drink doesnt make a good samaritan. Why link both? Health effects are more personal unless the person hits the society with his behaviour... else... jus chill out.

come out of the liqour induced stupor. smoking is acknowledged as the main cause for many a disease, which causes untold misery to person and others.
alcohol is cause for many a great evil, makes a person become insane, bringing in danger and msiery to all.
