not only he... majority of top people who advice others about nationality and all that will do the same !!!!! at the end of tghe day it is affordability that counts...
For common man people advice all kind of things such as what is less in our country, what is not available in our country,indian hospitals are comparable to the best in the world bla.. bla.. bla...when it comes to their own politicians,actors all will go abroad...

very well said... a slap on such guys faces... when someone is unwell its human to pray for his well being even if he is your enemy... Thats a good gesture from the human to another human
