if declared, then customs will ask havoc custom duty! so, people who r returning from outside india normally do not declare! if this payment is lifted, then everybody will declare!
yes, if those r purchased in outside india, can be declared!
why harassment? why one shud pay again custom duty, when those r purchased in india and jewellury maker already made the duty payment!

even songs r being sung by paki aslam, adnam, jafer ali and on all song, there is 'khuda, moula, mosque' r must! if u saw an 1sslamik family or story, then those r o,k, but showing hyndu story, hyndu family , thse songs r nothing but intrusion to our culture! public shud boycott those songs and film
Instead of cash or cheque,looks like he paid for her services in jewellery.. If she could do to d custom officials what she did to him,she'd go scot free the next minute

Sherni My family members do not evade costly jewellery from customs...nor are they doin modelling or acting for living..I earn enough through a decent job
