I dont think ChootIs such a issue for these IAS/IPS and other corrupt bureaucrats, did not you see the amar singh tapes how bipasa is pleading him to meet her and lwet her serve him.

i dont know if most of u know, there is a scan done of the luggage before it is put in the conveyor belt and the guy witting there puts green/red sticker in a non visible area in the bag. This is the indication for the green channel checkers to catch those who think they are smart

at Hyd intl airport they mark the suspected bags with chalk. Smart people rub it off before passing customs.
There is a great possibility that with so much of money stashed away by our netas that this could be a new route to get the money back into India through the unofficial route and no wonder that our good government will not act fast so as to give these guys a lot of time. Finally they will say nothing was found.It is possible that this lady may not even know whose stuff she is carrying!!Innovative ways! After all we are Indians.
