I doubt anybody not rasising the same kind of question when Hema malini did Seeta or Geeta. Whether she could replace a top heroine during those days? Katrina has been accepted by Bollywood magnificantly. She has that fresh & gorgeous touch which Hema Malini used to have during her younger days.
Katrina is today's No.1 heroine,so why can't she pull off a Hema malini
for all those who are saying that kat cant act.etc.,first of all should know that hema herself was not such a great actress.like katrina,she too mainly succeeded bcoz of her looks.and atleast in my personal opinion kat has improved as an actress vastly.it is just your pre conceived notion that 'she can't act' is not letting you see the improvement in her.one can say that she cant act,but no one can say that she is not a good dancer.even madhuri dixit,when asked who are the actresses among the current lot who dance best,replied priyanka and katrina.ur judgement cannot be better than madhuri's judgement.seeta aur geeta is not such a challenging thing,hema was only expected to look good,dance and perform stunts while the real acting part was handled well by her heroes,sanjeev kumar and dharmendra.so its alright if kat does that film.
Why?? -she become famous only bcos of Salman, she used him n dumped him -she still dont how to speak hindi -she dont have charisma which Hema Malini has -she know only how to flaunt legs, show some nice cleavage BUT she lacks da dancing skills which actresses like Hema Malini still has
Hemaa was real dreamgirl. Nobody can match her.. Can this girl called Katrina act? forget act, she cant even speak Hindi.. Producers, pls think again..Moreover Akshay kumar is casted opposite her who is giving flop after flops.. He is next Mithun.. What will be his market value once this remake is ready? no distributor will touch it..
compare the calibres of Kat with that of Hema: when kat's claibre stands tall its head touches a soft thing. That soft thing is the aas of Hema's calibre.
