i believe she is an underrated actress,she played couple of proffessional roles be it doctor,lawyer,police officer,teacher,model,prostitute,nurse,courtesian,singer,business woman,photographer etc,i dont think any actress of her genration played that much variety of roles,she was superb in films like samay and filhaal,major critics always speak high of her,its just that major filmmakers could not get their eyes off from white skin aishwarya,an actor grow only with big films,she had her share of hits like biwi no.1,sirf tum,main hoon na,maine pyar kyun kiya,aankhen to avgs like aaghaz,vastu shastra etc,inspite of few hits she survived in industry for more than decade,how many actresses can survive without hits,sush is the only one,and i dont think there were no offers,kamal hasan wanted her for marmayogi,but film shelved,than rahul bose planned a film with her,benazir bhuttu could not start,she also refused a dharmesh darshan and ravi chopra film,an artistic film recently,so she was not out of work,its just that she is making good money from her own productions
I wonder who gave her ms universe title, I dont see any feminine charm in her, even if appear in birthday suite none would get a kick , she is more man than woman, she never had any hits, only rakshakan a film made in telugu with Nagarjuna was bearable and it bombed in box office and made producer a beggar overnight. The budget of film was over blown due to her 'nakhre'

It is very obvious from the words she spoke that she is a class lady. Similarly, it is obvious from ur words that ur an uncouth 'female' - an affront to all.
well.. she never really fit the bill in movies.. she didn't quit movies.. movies quit her... she should "float" a production house like other jobless actors..hehe
