Northies not mature enough to accept New ideas
by Navaneetha Kumar on Jul 05, 2011 12:22 PM  | Hide replies

This shows the intelligent level of northies who doesn't accept new ideas or no knowledge about world class movies.

guys you should learn from South creators to take world class movie with indian touch. Our movies should show our indian culture, way of living without hiding anything.

Take indian movies which shows our culture. Bollywood should stop making movie for NRI's. we should show our culture to the NRI's.

Perfect example is Dabang success. It shows story happening rural part in UP. So the people acept and make this movie Blockbuster !!! Growp up guys

Your comment shows that u r suffering from deep inferiority complex. I would refrain using idiotic terms like south indian I.Q etc... as it would be obnoxious and retard behavior to comment on group's I.Q.
The movie depicts modern day youth behavior in a specific backdrop. Boys was south indian movie and i was pretty much impressed that south indian movies depicting modern youth instead of lungi wearing , swearing at hat's drop and cruel violence etc... Good or bad one's individual prerogative.

Learn from South Indian Talent; Bollywood, despite its pitfalls have always welcomed the talent across india. Hence we do copy , learn and assimilate talent irrespective of cast and creed. I think it should be other way around...whereby the arrogance at top level and frog's mentality need to be changed.

Err Does anyone understand the concept of a movie here? Purely fictional and meant to entertain. If we are showcasing our culture and values should you not go watch a indian doumentary then sweetheart??

What is mean by culture?Everyone says we have to show our indian culture. What exactly is indian culture? No one has the right to say to follow a particular culture.Every culture has its own merits and demerits.

Though i was born in india, there is no rule that i have 2 follow indian culture, i like western culture and even some part of indian culture, so i have my own culture, which is the combination of both...

Dear Mr. Navaneetha Kumar. Request you to please do not take it personal on your South Indian ethos. This is not a platform to have a north south fight which we should never have. You want to criticize the movie? Fine. Please do it as one India.

Rip_off

This movie is a cross between the Guy Ritchie's Snatch & Lock Stock & 2 smoking barrels on heist mix-ups and funny take on popular culture. Unlike those two however (as is the case with copy anyway) this movie does not have a credible plot, leaves too many loose ends and the only attempt at redemption is toilet humour & cheap slapstick....totally avoidable...the only redeeming factor is Vijay Raaz....excellent as always.
Save your money...don't fall for the publicity trap

i watched it yesterday but did not have good experience, I do not want to recommend others to go and watch this...even did not expect from AAmir at least......its not good to do that kind of experiment only for the entertainment.
