Ajith can not give hit films. Period. Asal, Aazhwar, Red, Citizen, Raja, Kireedam, Mugavari and at least two dozen more flops within 15 years. His fans constitute probably 1% or 2% of Tamil nadu. Whereas Rajini and Kamal have a much larger group of fans for more than 30 years. dont compare this mouse with elephants
To say that Ajith's fan following is only next to Rajinikanth's is ridiculous. Ajith's fan base is dwindling. 5-6 years before it was to an extent good, but now after a string of flops, AJITH's fan following is much much lesser than that of Vijay and Suriya.

Sura....you can go to hell. We are not saying Ajith is a bad actor. But to say that he has fan following next to Rajini is utter crap. His last 2 films bombed big time in box office. And he gives a hit once in 5 years. He needs to select good scripts that tap into his potential...rather than trying to dance which he is not comfortable with or make gravity defying stunts.

Hariharasudan you are correct. Thats what I meant. nobody says Ajith does not have fans or is not saleable but Tamil Film fans have moved on. Today, Suriya has a much wider market and fanbase among youth than Ajithkumar because of the latter's continuous flops. Ajith does films once in 1 year and that too doesnt do well with the masses and classes. Vijay has a better B.O pull than him.

Ajith has dissolved his fan clubs to say the least.. what the hell fan following are you talking about? and do not refer to some defunct information on wikipedia for this.. stop your BS..
