females are not fit 30 days a month which a their biggest handicap. females is always under threat from male and can be raped is also their biggest handicapp . all these are preventing girls/women to reach to the top. The happiest day in my whole life would be when a girl would top IIT with AIR 1.

You are talking about IIT. Last time the top two positions in UPSC examinaltion were taken by ladies.
Here is the truth that people dont accept. - a male is more agressive a female - so familys want at least one agressive child - so they automatically wish for male. - Now the bitter truth. - male or female child are equal for parents. - But dad wants a male child as that makes him believe that his wife trusts his gender gene over her's when assigning a gender to their baby. So the dad's ego makes him wish for male kid more than what mom wishes for. Lets run this theory by the animal kingdom for a truth test. Since the male and female animals are both on their own most of the time, the agressiveness is in both. They did not assign unnecessary attributes like human males did to human female. And about the male wanting male child due to their ego - well..the animals dont have ego. They are rules by id. Not ego nor superego. What say dads ??
