1. BOLLYWOOD BELONGS TO ENTIRE INDIA... NOT JUST North India
2. Compare Telugu, Tamil, Malaya, Kannda Films and UP Films... Does UP, Bihar etc have a film industry?
3. The guy in the pic takes 2 crores per movie and he is 25 yr old.....His latest movie cost was 36 crores..... for 8 crore Telugu Audience.
Mathematically speaking, if all 8 crore people watched the movie......on an average Telugu ppl pay Rs4.50 per person for the movie to break even. Look at the risk of being a Telugu producer.
Where as a similar age Bollywood actor is paid 1 crore or far far less for 110 crore Audience. So if all Indians watched a Hindi movie......on an average, we Indians pay 90 paisa per person.
So which industry is more riskier and more risk takers ...without Mafia Funding like Bollywood.
Does any North Indian state have an industry worth 36 crores...let alone make a film???
Does North states even come close to Kannada Industry talent or money wise???
Kannada is the smallest film industry in South btw.
There are only 7 crores and 8 crores in TN & AP.....where as budgets are 10 - 75 crores
3 idiots watched by Ind, Pak etc and made 300 crores - 140 crore Audience
Robot watched by AP and TN (Flop in Hindi) and made 250 crores - 20 crore audience (Ap TN others)

check out allu arjun's videos. he is the best dancing hero in the whole of india. hrithik is nothing in comparison to him. he has a huge fan following in andhra as well as kerala.

I mean... ppl from South watch both Hindi & Tamil or Telugu etc movies... and THEN we comment.
Where as 90% of North Indians.... only watch Hindi movies and comment on South Indian films, the actors, the talent... as if they have watched it.

Well, let me tell you guys something. I am from Pakistan and I have recently seen few Telugu movies with subtitles (or dubbed in hindi version). I really like this industry and esp. the movies which were remade in hindi were damn good like Ready, Pokiri (wanted), etc. Ppl from north India should understand that South Indians have a different taste of movies which is actually now very popular in Bollywood. U guys need not fight, but respect each other even if u don\'t like their movies.
