Bull shit!!! Bollywood was majorly known abroad after Lagaan. SRK Films only entertains Indians living in other countries. SRK is a bigger celeb than an actor (though hes not a bad actor, just that there are better actors than him).
Shivaji Ganesan was the first indian actor to get International Film Award and his movie Veerapandiya Kattabommban was the first indian movie to enter Oscar. Further he is the only indian actor till date who has won the Chevalier awarded by the National Order of the Legion of Honour of France. When president Gamal Abdel Nasser of Egypt visited India, Sivaji Ganesan was the only individual, granted permission by the Indian prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru, to host a party for Nasser. Sivaji Ganesan was the first artist from India to visit the United States of America , in the cultural exchange programme of the US Government, in 1962, where he established a good impression as Indian cultural ambassador. No divine....ur wrong...Sivaji Ganeshan is certainly not the best actor...he may have got lots of accolades and he must be a good actor...but he is not best....BEST IS SHAHRUKH KHAN! and thats a fact! ppl love to watch thim on screen and he is responsible to take bollywood to a global level.
