This is a pretty good flick though the story is predictable. I do like the characterization and portrayal of siddharth in his role. Hat's off to director
180 should not be blamed for its last half-an-hour. I wonder what more could a film dealing with a cancer patient would be? Priya Anand did her job very well as an actor. She's not only there for adding glamour to the scenic beauty 180's already been. Though the plot is used by more than half-a-dozen films, none of this kinda genre movies were executed as good as 180. It drags the audience into the situation what siddarth is going through. I want to drive home a point that Fans of gay humour in telugu films would not stand this film 180. But, the ones looking for good performances, cinematography, experimental new music would just fall in love with 180. It's not a welcome-change though but 180 is lot better than many releases of telugu cinema this year!!!!!
I do appreciate the efforts taken by the debutante director to stand out and say... look, I've got the best looking people, therefore, I think I have a great movie . Nevertheless, the movie was just a bunch of well taken snaps, knitted together with links of senselessly sounding songs that make the audience go "NUTS". What about the storyline ? That was unprecedented too, in a very maladie way though. I mean think of an American doctor, just walking out of his life just coz of his pancreatic cancer hanging out with some bunch of newspaper vendors who just exit the movie abruptly in a van. Or think of the ace actors Mouli and Geetha who are snapped out of the aforementioned links was anything synonymous to vague.At the end of the movie, you just wish you could spend the money you spent on the movie tickets to hire an actor to teach Priya Anand how to really act or tell her something that will realize she needs to take lessons on acting. The title made absolute sense only to the end of the movie when you have realized that you just went through 180 minutes of excruciating torture. In all, the movie was just abuse of the film fraterrnity as not only a media, but a platform to express make-believe(ness) to extremely illogical levels.
Film lacks good story, The film is made in RICH Photography, stills, background music & excellent camera work. This film is technically good & not the story line of the film. last 45 mins will really lapse the mood of the film were it has begin. This movie is only to watch "Technical Brilliance" -
