Is not an another Master Piece for Bala. No realistic story line, Lot of loopholes in Screen Play.
After four great films, Bala has failed to give a good film as a director. What happened to him, who has given neo-realistic kind of films.
Actors Performance was great. But the movie doesn't give any satisfaction. No Realism in the story. Better Bala Stick to his original way of storytelling.

Okay. Let's just say It is not even an average movie. Also, Bala has failed as a director by giving this crappy film..
Rediff has given only rating '3' for paruthi veeran and Naan Kadavul. Compare to that standard, avan ivan got 2.5. So, I am expecting this movie is almost on par with the standard of Naan kadavul and paruthi veeran as per the standard (based on rating comparison) provided by Rediff.

This reviwer is really nuts.. Its a simple movie. but with much lesser violence when compared to Bala's other movie. got great humor, not cheap mimicry stuff. great acting by Vishal and d person who played highness. Its simply another classic by Bala
hi frds.. true t say , a bala fan including me wont be SATISFIED but SURELY NOT DISAPPOINTED .. tis may not be his best work but tis a best direction for tis particular story line..tat zaminder's perfomance, wow,, no words t say .. der stands d direction by a directr lik bala.. hats-off t gm kumar.. one must not miss hard working performance of vishall. he has proved his skill n movie.. i want to say director has directed both of these vry well n a high peek but missed it sumwer in dng with d movie bt im sure he ll b able t find out wer he misd it.. anyhows bala sir v fans of u r waiting for ur nxt movie..all t best sir
