Guys, lets be honest...we love Raja Sen's reviews and English. Its the bst emotional catharsis one can have...where else you would be able to take it out. Reading his reviews and expressing ourselves here eases us emotionally. So Raja, keep writing, we will keep reading and commenting!
Seriously, the movie is no match to dark knight. The plot in Dark knight was understandable, bt i cudnt understand anything abt the nukes except the 3rd world war. Except for james McAvoy and micheal fassbender there was no good acting from anyone and Kevin Bacon and january Jones were simply pathetic. While in Dark knight there was good acting all round. i mean a superhero movie is only as good as its villain. So, i just dont find this movie better than Dark Knight, but i did enjoy the movie!By the I loved the interaction between Christian Bale and Michael Caine.

Well for understanding the story you have to be a little well versed in history ... The backdrop of the story was the Cuban Missile Crisis
But I do agree the movie does not hold a candle to The Dark Knight
Come on man what are you. it seems you are some kind of joke or something, this movie is worth 3 stars max nothing more than that. tell me were you sleeping while watching the movie.
Poor special effects and lousy plot to end the movie, falls way short of expectation you have from X-Men movie series.
Gosh no way it is better than Dark Night nor Wolverine.. missed Jackman in this movie.. the emotional thing he brings to this super hero movie is awesome..here it was all action n no emotions.. its 4 star but well below the class of Dark Knight and Wolverine.. Hugh Jackman we are waiting for you coz you are the best in what you do and what you do is not nice
I totally disagree with Sen's review. This movie will be never be in league with "The Dark Knight". Though Sen is partly right about the main characters. They are good, but when compared to the standards of the X-Men series, this movie falls short of my expectations. Though the intial build up of the story was great, but it was not able to carry the same till the end. The action sequences were not anything new since we have seen far better ones in the earlier X-Men movies. Even the climax was not very great. It is like they just tried to fit the gaps to make a series. But overall not a bad movie. Though not bowled over by it, but definitely a entertainer.
