by KUTTAIAH KUTTAIAH on Jun 09, 2011 02:37 PM

He can now be invissible and nose around lavatories and bathrooms and paint them in the nude. He will be a great painter in the devils workshop. Only request to the Devil is just keep him there and keep an eye on him. otherwise he will bring in a relegious divide in hell

MFH

I do a part-time research in Archeology. Having visited a lot of famous temples I have seen that a lot have temples have carvings and sculptures that are nude. Don’t get me wrong, nude perhaps is not the word; that is the way it is. It is not supposed to be wrongly thought.

Search Wikipedia for Hambi and Patadkal Sculptures

Don’t get me wrong again, I am not supporting MFH nor am I against him. I just thought that having a mind-set that MFH painted Hindu Goddess Nude could possibly be wrong.

Some carvings outside may be nude but the deities inside the temple for worship are not nude.

All Hindu God and Goddesses are myths. They are not real. That's why its is called Hindu Mythology.

Your observation is ok, but the logic is wrong. Those times were different and it used to be the dancers or other people portrayed that way and definitely not goddesses, as this guy does. He was a SENILE PERVERT with unhealthy fetish for protraying only hindu goddesses in the nude. His way of depicting religious hatred. This shows the tolerance of our people to have taken things more than sportively. Just ask urself a question, would he ever attempt doing such a thing to other religious figures. GOOD RIDDANCE

Hussain was not a religious person. He was just an artist. He painted Hindu Gods and Goddesses for years with no objection - suddenly there were protests after 10 years of his creations. He apologized, said sorry etc - but we know that in our country nobody listens, specially with some name attached. Remember that he was the first person to bring Indian art to the world map.
