Some classics should never be touched and Puttann's movies more so....None can come close to him when it comes to storytelling and none of the actresses today are even 10% of legends like Jayanthi,Aarathi, Kalpana and the likes..
Shubamangala was such a nice movie. It was a very simple movie, no exorbitant, expensive or lavish sets. The story is that of a working girl struggling to be on her own while refusing to take a "free lunch". I wonder where and how London comes in play here as the original had Mangalore as its mainstay. Does not seem to be a good idea,
