THERE'S NO MENTION OF THE MEL GIBSON STARRER 'PAYBACK' WHICH RELEASED IN 1999 AND WHICH ENTIRELY HAS BEEN SHOT IN BLUE COLOUR. ITS A NICE MOVIE.
