Iota babu, this is my inference. Jaggu dada must have been peddling musli power on the streets of Delhi. Maybe that's why Vineet seems so happy as he would have got his hands on a good supply of musli power.
he is also a kadkaa now....he has no much money with him...he did a foolish thing by producing movies. he lost all his money..but once upon a time he used to look very handsome.
