Not he.. its the ritual defined in Hindu religion. and no one should point fingers on any religion's religious ritual.

so what's next for Ash ? "Sati" ? because that's also a "religious ritual" though its banned now? How much dowry did she pay? Isnt that a "religious ritual" too. These people are educated, so called modern folks and they still follow archaic customs ... Why did AB and family want a male child only?
