contrary to the report above,BHTB is already made profits thru satellite rights, music rights. So whatever its earning thru boxoffice its just bonus for it.(chk msnindia for details)
BHTBaap picked up quickly and now about to recover its cost of production (10 crores) from indian and overseas market during weekend...wom is very positive and it has full week to go...even overseas it has done well (given the no. of prints)
I respect BIGB that he has guts to release his movie against an Amir Khan production and Hollywood giant Transformers and still picking up and doing well along with those two.....I don't think any other so called star in bollywood would ever dare to do that
There is no denial that opening of BHTB was slower than Delhi Belly, but on saturday itself BHTB started scoring over DB. This news is copied from trade news which was published on last Friday, and that day DB had better opening than BHTB. But on Saturday onwards people are liking more BHTB than DB, as DB is viewed by restrcited audience while BHTB is being enjoyed by family. Secondly BHTB is already a hit now, with all its production cost already covered by Satellite rights, and now every penny which it earns from cash counter ads to its profit, which has crossed 10 crores mark by now.
Thanks Aamir Khan for completing the trio in good independent cinema in form of Peepli live,dhobi ghaat and now delhi belly..It is seen stars are only ready to make dhamaal with idiotic commercial ventures but Aamir (the real sitara zameen par) is also hatke n thats why he has this popular brand name..Personally i never expected Indian cinema to be bold and shockingly real with dialogues n that what Delhi Belly is..with Guy Ritchie n Tarantino-ish cinema with lots of shit Delhi Belly is not meant for all but those like me will watch it over and over again like I am going for the 4th time tomorrow..[Yesterday my frnd watched in housefull theatre in mumbai and me in Kolkata- the reaction inside is same everywhr]
I don't understand why Big b is doing films nowadays.All his recent films have flopped at the Box office.Not a single film has run for atleast 25 days of him for the past maybe 5/6 yrs. Nobody wants to see his films. No buzz.No hype etc. Only the media tries to highlight him in high esteem.Else he is a pure thrash nowadays. Khans are far ahead of him.Even some medicore films of others fares well than Big B's.Its high time he retires just like what Rajesh Khanna did.Of his era only two people still carry that buzz/hyphe etc with them in their region films ofcourse. Mithun in East with his Bengali films & the God of Indian Cinema Rajanikanth in South with his Tamil films.otheriwse its the present generation of Khans in Bollywood. others just a thrash.

Whose films run for 25days now?? All hits todays are trade manipultions, you pay them money and they will give hit status. AB is a legend. You talk of other stars like rajesh khanna, look at him he makes soft-porn movies now as noone offers him movies. You say nobody wants to see AB in movies well my friend his latest movie has put up crores of profit on the table. Please be balanced in ur veiws and stop is hatred.

U seem to be a fan of some bhojpuri or punjabi movie actor. In this age Big B is playing Black, Virrudh Khakhi, Chini KUm and now Bbuddah and winning naitonal awards. Get urself checked in some asylum.

Please visit India once ad aks who is in more demand in TV and movies (especially when TV is considered bigger medium in India)....Ask them if any one show done by others can match the charisma, popularity and TRPs of BIGB's KBC....So many wannabers tried TV hosting but people of India know who they like best...
Similarly ask any producer director of India right from India which is the one STAR ACTOR of India they would love to work with, you will get the answer about who is best in the business today..
By the way do watch AARAKSHAN and KBC 5 to understand who is BIGB!!!
What rediff - you are still maintaining that BHTB is faring poor. Go and check and correct your statement. What is the use of asking our comments if you cannot accept the truth pointed out by us.
i think that most of reviewer and box office reporter is doing "Chamchagiri" of stars who have surname "Khan". their reviews always negative for film of Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, and other stars, So please do right reviews otherwise Bip Bip..........
