MOVIE NAME - Bombay MArch 12
DIRECTOR - Babu Janardan
LANGUAGE - Malayalam
CAST - Mamooty, Roma, Unni Mukundan

PLOT: Bombay March 12 basically revolves around the famous 1993 Mumbai bomb blast which killed 200 innocent people. The story reveals how and when and why the bomb blast happened as the movie progresses.

Babu Janardanan has literally tried out a non linear style of narration in this venture and has done quite good job.

SYNOPSIS: The year is 1993. The movie begins with the 1993 Bombay blasts focusing on the person who placed the bomb in his scooter in a crowded locality in Bombay. He is Shahjahan (Introducing Unni Mukundan). Shaju is basically from a poor family settled in Alapuzha. He belongs to a pure Muslim family. Shahjahan, an IT expert gets a job in Bombay and the family waves him off with big dreams and hope but unfortunately, accidentally he falls under the wrong circle of terrorists and he becomes a big part of the Bombay blast which took lives of hundreds of innocent people.

The year is 1998, Sameer ( Mamootty) is a municipality worker , is the husband of Abidha (Roma). He is arrested by the state police one morning, just because he is a Muslim. This incident clearly shows the racism India had during that period. The police questions Sameer and his family and finally links with Shahjahan. The story is told, and re-told numerous times to unfold the mysterious relation of Sameer and Shahjahan and the past of Sameer.
