has to show off his western knowledge. who is this "henry higgins" he mentions in 1st line.. he must be having an inferiority complex and prbably thinks french cinema is the climax of civilisation.

Henry Higgins is a character in GB Shaw's Pygmalion. You were always bunking classes in college, weren't you?

Sir, since you bring up the matter of education i confess that I have only managed a phd in electrical engineering. Although, I try to read as much as possible, this has escaped my attention. thank you for clarifying the doubt.
whom the review is targetted for? It is a show-up of english skill and pathetic review. I have seen people playing tricks with language when they do not have any substance
