This idea is a rip off from "24" which is now going to be made as a feature film with Jack Bauer in the lead. Where is CID and where is 24? CID is a very ordinary show with so many cliches.

Maybe. But it is still unique n gripping. The main factor in this is the star cast who have become synonymous with the story & have made this rip-off watchable, having a standard of it's own. Some years ago, this feat was acheived by Pankaj Kapur whose Karamchand has become a liivng legend. Or Byomkesh Bakshi which was palyed by Rajat Sharma.
What more nonsense !!! CID is one of the most stupid shows on TV. Everything is so amateurish and the acting is bad. Every bad guy gets a slap and spills all the beans!!!

i never miss a episode of cid, even repeat telecast daily evening i watch after i come from office. daya and abhijeet great guys keep it up. waiting to watch them on big screen

Why? When we asses called Indians can tolerate the shit Gandis & their Kangres, inspite of they having screwed us royally then & continue even now, what's wrong with a serial?
