Bombay movie was not shooted in Mumbai..it was shot in Chennai with a set

 I think 95% of Bollywood movies are shot in Mumbai and Delhi.

The remaining 5% are shot in Punjab. For Bollywood, South India & North-East India, etc. don't exist.

in "Lage raho ...", the scene wasn't at Marine Drive, but at Bandra Reclamation ... You can clearly see the Sealink coming up in the background ...

the crucial scene that you refer to when Anupam Kher is killed wasn't shot at Gateway of India, but at the Kabootar Khana at Dadar, near the station ... please get your facts right ... don't put a cub editor on the job!
