I decided to watch TRAFFIC for a tie pass purpose only. But after the climax I realized that I have just gone through the best in recent history of Malayalam Film Industry.
Now a days I was avoiding Malayalam movies due to 1. Incompetent story supports 2. Build Up based of " Star Values " But finally here is a film where both of the above points are not applicable - TRAFFIC The points I saw as a positive in TRAFFIC is appended below :- 1. Strong Story Build Up 2. Casts allotted based on the demand of the story only 3. Brilliant movement of the scenarios from one to other with adequate interconnections. 4. Genuine , Valuable & Non- Super Heroic Story.
Rounding Off , I really enjoyed & is really happy to see new directors coming with such valuable contributions when the pro forgets to do the same in Industry & moreover when the latter claims that audience are not accepting good movies as a reason for not attempting for a valuable film.
Once again my hearty congratulations for Rajesh Pillai & team & please go ahead with the same spirit. The audience are there always for the best irrespective of the Star Values & Budget Lines.

Well said, please give some credit to the scriptwriters Sanjay and Bobby as well. Their contribution was the key.

But well a traffic accident is there at the end of the day..and well all u need is a seed and then come up with different plot ideas around traffic accident and if u see even structure of jam is back and forth non-linear..please read full synopsis of jam in wikepedia

My guess is that the seed this could have come from 1972 hindi film Sholay. That too have traffic accident wherein Dhannu and her cart smash in to telephone pole, which affect the life of a bunch of people like Jai, Veeru, Thakur, Gabbar and Gabbar's cat. This movie definitely have to be a copy of Sholey. @Rahul you dont even have any clue what this movie is all about. Stop disgracing yourself.

So Mr.Gyan.. I think you need help from your own gyan to realise that one should at least watch movie once before passing comments at it. And feel wasted after seeing your comment about Sholay.. coz all my sarcasm went in vain.
