Sunny deol seems to trust people a lot and take them at face value thats why people take him for ride on money matters. All people must go with one policy on this other than your parents and close siblings(depends on your relation from childhood) no one else can be trusted on money matters. So keep that policy and do not trust anyone else(be it relatives, friends, colleagues etc) on face value on money matters. Simple. That will help you handle money effectively.
I think Sunny meant he and bobby respect their dad and cannot act like friends with him out of respect. That does not mean they are very scared of him if that was they would not live together and left home long back. For boys its usually thei mom and sisters who is like friend and for girls its their dad and brothers who are their best friends. And children must have respect for their parents if there should be a family existing together. Only one person can be incharge and make decisions in a family of course in consultation with all other family members. And that person is usually the head of family and a father. Else there will be chaos in the family. So do not take his words literally that he is scared of his dad.

And i agree, sardars got no... if they got then why people like Bhagat Singh gave there life for the country. Why Manmohan Singh became primeminister of India list goes on...... baat karta hai.
