I live in USA.Saw Oscars live including red carpet event and after show party.US channels didn't show Mallika or Ash.They r not well known here.Its just Indian media hype.Average american doesn't consider Ash to be the most beautiful woman.Frankly 70% of them doesn't know who she is.How can they represent India when nobody saw them on US channels?

yes u are 100% right.. no one knows Ash in usa...............
Ash sounded equally dum when interviwed in David Letterman's show and in OPRAH's show.... even the sales guys at the BEST BUY stores are smarter.

Its no mean achievement,being no one in bollywood walking at the oscars ! It makes to feel that Bollywood has only two actresses ..Ash and Maal..
