First of all,thanks to Rahat for speaking well about Indian authorities in your home land and assuring to return to India soon.That is why I say,while phanat1cs mar relations,artists and businessmen build relations.
I am a fan of GhulamAliKhan,NusratFatehAliKhan,RahatAliKhan,etc.It does not mean I am a lesser fan of KishoreKumar,LataMangeshker,BhupenHazarika or HemantKumar.Or for that matter of BethovenOrMozart !
Presently there are 4-5 great and true man singers in bollywood which include SonuNigam,RahatAli,KailashKher,KK,etc...Most others sings with a voice from the wrong places like nose,or their voices are programmed,etc,etc.
It is ok to hate others.But our hatred should be analytical.The case of Rahat was deftly handled by authorities,because songs or artists have no geographical boundaries.
I won't criticize Mahesh for supporting Rahat because whether it is Rahat,or you or me,whenever somebody is in troubles,most closed friends also turn their backs.So,real friends can be understood only in difficult moments in life.When I had money,I had friends,when I lost my money,I lost my friends,friendship should not be like this.
Rahat earns a lot in India from his shows.He does not take the hawala root,thats why money found in his suitcase.Next time please declare to customs and take you money to your home country.....

So you want to say that Rahat is not a criminal. You are praising him. Praise his singing style not his crime. If some one has done some crime, he or she shoild get punishment for his//her act. We do not want to know that you are fan of Indian singers also. You be the fan of all Pakistani singer, we dont mind it. But we want justice.

Mahesh bhatt was is will be involved in all such cases. Do you remember his own son was linked with the US terrorist headley and still he shamelessly claims to be indian. Bhatt is always seen to supporting terrorist or same kind people.

he alsways says different from others to remain in media/ publicity just like Digvijay Singh who has lost his mental state. How many times Rahat has traveled through Indian airports where evrywhere it is mentioned about the amount of dollars one can take out side the country, and how come his advisers not told him about this. Why did many minsters called up IT. All are involved in Hawala racket and this been going on by taking such Paki singers/ artists. if common man is caught for 3000 USD, he will behind bars. Congress ministers are doing business through Hawala.There should be CBI enquiry. Pakis must be laughing on Indian jokers.

literrally entire indian population deals on daily basis in black money.. every indian film start deals in huge amounts of black money..if you keep things in that context,. rahats crime is certainly not greater than that...he has been punished (although i think the penalty should have been greater than 15 lakhs) as he should have been...lets end it at that.
its being blown out of proprtions beause he is a pakistani.

he was caught red handed with black money running out of india, but still he is singer not criminal, my mahesh like u who does all wrong things with son is also called criminal,the difference u use hindu name and he has muslim name,and because of that u are not caught.

No, if I had got a call from Rahat, he would be dead by now. Whoever calls me gets killed within two hours.
This Baztad says he stood by SanjayDutt the criminal and diamond merchant for his money laundering and he claims to be able to distinguish between criminals and artists.
