for Colin Firth's acting. Every time he struggled to speak, I was feeling the pain in my heart. One of the best performances after Sean Penn in "My name is Sam".
you look at these performances and then see the performances which got awards at filmfare..mediorcity rocks in india..srk best actor..i puked when i saw that..
I think James franco will win the top honours although collin firth performance is no less. Its just that 50 50 choice and my choice slides towards francos side
I really think that Geoffrey Rush - as Lionel Logue - definitely deserves an Oscar for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (male). His performance was outstanding to say the least.

I don't know if you have seen "The Fighter" but Christian Bale was exceptional in it....he truly deserves the acadamy's recognition
