I love watching Mallu Flicks as they are very much an enjoyable fare compared to that dished out by Bollywood or other RegionalFilmIndustry. It is quite different from others as there is no running around trees by heroes and heroins making loud noises that make for duet songs or having a sizzling item number when the serious situation in the film does not warrant it at all.The only negative point is,while the Heroines are simple and attractive,the Heroes are bulky and heavy set personalities with great acting talent;but not befitting the image of young and chick ones,due to their too much of middle aged looks.

The three movies you mentioned do not need any rediff write ups for the people to watch them. The presence of the Maestro will bring the crowds in. But that is not the case for the movies that are being promoted here. Perumal would have belonged to the category you have mentioned but Shaji Kailash and Swamyji are past their glory.
