KCR fooled Telangana people
by Indian Viewpoint on Feb 04, 2011 07:06 AM  | Hide replies

KCR first talked about injustice to Telangana. The team of area experts under Justice Sri Krishna proved hollowness of his argument.

Later he has taken up slogan of self respect and self rule for Telangana. There are no takers for his argument even in Telangana.

Now he wants to rake up street fight between Telugu speaking people of two regions.

I think the kind of poisonous creature like KCR never born before among Telugu speaking people who for his personal benefit can destroy the entire state.

All the fools who have written about injustice to Telangana once again read Sri Krishna Committee report. If they do not understand Tnglish version read the Telugu version which is available on APONLINE website.

Contd....
The fact, however, remains that the implementation of G.O. 610 during 1985 to 2005 was, at best, tardy, which remains a grievance of Telangana employees. (Page-48)

The Pothereddypaddu regulator and the downstream canals on the right of the Srisailam reservoir have been built very fast. These will irrigate large areas in Rayalaseema and coastal Andhra. On the left bank, another diversion with the 40 km. long tunnel which will irrigate Telangana areas is coming up SLOWLY. (Page-202)

Large Pothereddypaddu Regulator, upstream of Srisailam, has been built quickly by providing sufficient funds and without examining all the legal rights and proven techno-economic viability. Perhaps the new KWDT would already be seized of this problem. (Page-207)

Other grievances, about projects like Jurala, NLBC, etc., which were not complicated or difficult engineering-wise, were much delayed in execution. (Page-208)

It has already been discussed in the Report (Chapter 1) that the Regional Committee did not fulfil the role envisioned for a statutory Regional Council under the Gentlemen’s Agreement, 1956. (Page-460)

I think you've closed your eyes by skipping some pages of the Report. Here are a few:
Andhra state was constituted as a result of the efforts of Telugu speaking people of Madras state who wished to have a separate linguistic state for PROMOTING THEIR OWN DISTINCT CULTURE. (Page-1)

The political space in the institution of Deputy Chief Minister (or Chief Minister) for the Telangana region was denied by the signatory to the Gentlemen’s Agreement and the Chief Minister from Andhra area, Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy (who became the first Chief Minister of the united Andhra Pradesh) in the very first Ministry in 1956 by reportedly calling it “AN UNWANTED SIXTH FINGER OF THE HAND”. (Page-19)

The Presidential Order which was introduced to assure justice in Government employment and allay the fears of Telangana employees was used to inflict further discrimination against them in practice, as reflected in the changes of zones for employment (within the Telangana Zones); misinterpretation of the definition of “locals” in the Presidential Order to benefit “non-locals” and misuse of the exemption provided in the Presidential Order for gazetted positions and Heads of the Departments (HoDs) by upgrading several non-gazetted posts to gazetted level. (Page-46)

The second point was that the Presidential Order was issued in 1975 and it took ten years for the Government to correct the anomalies

Go and join Naxal movement and destroy Telangana further.

KCR amassed thousands of crores. Gaddar occupied government land. They will happily enjoy their property.

You will get bullets from Greyhounds.

Good luck.

LOL at the actors portraying Telangana people
by SaneIndian on Feb 04, 2011 12:52 AM  | Hide replies

The original Telengana people look very close to aboriginal people.

The actors shown are not from Telengana. They are either from Coastal Andhra or from Mumbai.

You were happily watching films before 1 year without a problem of Seemandhra or telangana? Why suddenly you got a problem?

First of all Telangana is not a language, it is an accent.

Movies imitate the Godavari accent , Srikakulam accent, Chittoor accent, telangana accent, Brahmin accent, other case based accents, Peddapuram humiliation etc.

First address all those issues. Come with some meaningful point.

Facts about Telangana - need and justification

11) Handrineeva Srujana Sravanthi, not allotted not cleared project is going on war footing now. It will run through chittoor via Anantapur.

12) SLBC - Srisailam Left Bank Canal, despite of all recommendations, Clearances and permissions never started. This would have provided 30 TMC for 3 Lakh acres in Nalgonda district.

13) Manuguru thermal power station proposed by Central govt due to proximity of coal mines was lobbied to be shifted to Vijayawada, transporting coal from telangana (singareni). This led to shortage of power due to pump set usage by Telangana farmers.

14) Ramagundam super thermal power station (2500 MW) transferred to NTPC,crippling power ownership of state by which we get only 27% of power produced and rest is pooled in national grid.

15) Dummugudem Hydal power station never even started construction – this remained a promise on paper.

16) Icchampalli power (975 MW) project never started.

17) Power regulatory mechanisms – 220 KV, 132 KV, 32 KV substations and lines never realized in Telangana region.

18) If Mumbai is not a free-zone, Delhi is not a freezone, Kolkatta is not a free zone, Chennai is not a free zone, Pune is not a freezone … why should Hyderabad be a freezone ? Andhra enthusiasts hailing Hydrabad being a free zone, were demanding entire Telangana should be freezone.

19) Telangana covers 41.7% area, Seemandhra 58.3% area. Telangana has 40.5% population , Seemandhra 59.5%. Telanga

Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune are parts of only one state. Hyderabad is also part of one state and hence all the development.

Once Hyderabad got its big name in the map, these so called Telangana ppl want separate state and want Hyderabad now since it is part of telangana geographically (what a clever). If they are ready to take with no Hyderabad then they are not ready.

So Hyderabad is the key area. It was developed by the funds from all the regions, so it should be for all. PERIOD.
