There is nothing wrong in being dark..or trying to change ones appearance for a movie.. however the hero in the above picture doesn't fit into any category.. looks as bad as the worst.. might the film is his own production
iam not suprised that rediff always will put some unknown guy(okay kannada actor OR A coomedian) and then everyone will come and abuse south indian people. I mean there are so many good looking men in telugu industry(way better than bollywood guys)and tamils actors like surya, vikram , ajith madhavan who well known and they never get coverage on rediff. Now all the marathis biharis gujratisbengalis and rest of india most of whom actually look like this comedian will abuse south indians. Have a good time.

Usually, all south indian actors look like villains but this one definitely looks like a comedian and sarah dear, in your quest for stomping out racism, you have displayed s*&tload of prejudice that's in your heart when you say this is better looking than that...All Indians, in the eyes of a white man, are black...be it hrithik, ranbeer or rajnikant...it's just that southerners have a chip on their shoulders..how else would you explain their white clothing to compensate for their darker complexion? Not that there's anything wrong with it :)

Saying things like all south indian actors look like villians shows who is prejucied and is ignorant does surya of ghajini fame , madhavan of 3 idiots, vikram in raavan, siddharth in rang de bsanti, Nagajuna look like villians. AS for saying this is better than that how is it prejudice? iam not in denial peope are ugly & goodlooking in all races. My point is that just cause some one is dark skinned does not make them ugly and being fair skinned does not equate to good looks. Take freida pointo she is beautiful and better lookind then kareena who at best will look like tranny yet people in rediff will abuse freida calling her kaamwali bai. Why should i care about whites. iam concerned about indians.As for as southerns having a chip on their shoulders u should talk we don't make movies and show north indian/rest in bad light or make fun of them.

My point about white view only meant that no matter how much we fight internally about being fair or dark..at the end of the day, we're all black! BTW, I'm very fond of all the heroes you just mentioned & was generalizing the point of view of northies who equate southern heroes with drivers, paanwallah, chiapau etc...however derogatory that may sound. Besides, you southerners are not so innocent either..look at your heroines--all of 'em gori chitti to a freaking fault. Complexion complex is in the Indian DNA.
