The way Anil was promoting himself, looked as if he replaced Tom Cruise. Same way, he promoted himself after 'Slumdog'. Ppl like Om Puri, Imran Khan etc have had more hollywood exposure than Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya, Mallika - who just know to promote themselves.
What happened to all the hype over Anil Kapoor's miniscule role?
Anil Kapoor gave interviews to a Dubai tabloid last year and lied that he was the main villain of the movie! His is a blink-you-will-miss-him kind of an insignificant role.
He happily invited himself to press conferences and gave a party to Tom Cruise at his residence and made sure that it was all reported by 'biryani' media.

You and lax yopr are absolutely right. Actors like Anil Kapoor shamelessly market themselves as the biggest stars and main actors of such movies, while in reality they play itsy bitsy roles. You can't even call this 4 minute role as a friendly guest appearance. He has like 20 seconds with the lead actor and a minute or so with the lead actress, with her ultimately knocking him down with a heavy blow. Compared to this, Prakash Raj's sidekick in Wanted had better screenspace!
His 'Hollywood' Agent probably promised him the mountain and gave him a small grain of sand instead. However one must give it to the man for milking every bit of Cruise's India visit. Thanks to the hype-loving-but-no-questioning filmi journalists of India, people like him continue to thrive.

Its Ok kind of movie.. I only give hats of to Anushka for her awesome figure and acting. Nothing great in movie. Only starcast is good. No money spent on movie.
mi4 has received a 94% approval rating on 'rotten tomatoes' - do you guys even know what that means? Sukanya Verma seems to be taking out her grudges since she faced some issues in accessing Tom Cruise during the premier. It is very easy to judge that she knows the movie is great, but she still lets her emotional baggage dictate the review.
please go and watch Ra.One - that's the sort of movie which will get applause from you lot (including Ms. S. Verma)

a new movie tends to get high rating on imdb and rotten tomato. Wait for few weeks, i feel it will be around 80% on RT or 7.5 on imdb

Gagan, even 80% on RT is great, and should be equivalent to 4 stars out of 5

80% at RT doesnt equal 4/5 stars. It means 80% of reviewers think movie is 3/5 or greater. Try to read RT correctly

This review is apt better than NDTV, in fact the second half is very very boring, story very predictable cliche and nothing but a bore from second half
