I had a good oppurtunity to see good number of Dev sabs films. We shaped our youth with his style and poise. There is no death for this immortal patriotic youthful actor.RangaVC

Because he was smarter than you and being a 22 year old , 4 times he had the legal and social acceptability to enjoy every damn thing in the world which he couldn't being 8 years old.

So its clear who is an arsewipe here .

indian mentality
by Raj Thackersey on Dec 07, 2011 10:06 PM  | Hide replies

i remember reading premchand's story once of how people raised money after a lady died of her plight and atrocities by her drunk husband. All along her plight no one in the society had any concern for her. But once she died the whole village came together to aid her cremation. How many times has it happened, you never visit your relative until he or she dies and then when the old soul dies, you rush to participate in the cremation.

same way if this photo had been posted before dev's death then people would have been hurling abuses, but with the man dead no one dare say anything bad.

the name of the story is Kafan, a poor man collects money for the funeral rites of his dead wife, but spends it on food and drink.

more abt the story from wiki Kafan is a story about a lower caste father and son poor labours from a village, emergency strikes when the son's wife dies while giving birth to a child and both father and son have no money to cremate the body of the dead woman. The lethargic duo seek financial help from village zamindar and other members of the society. But the money they obtain they end up spending on liquor and food.

One gets a shoddy feeling from the abuses and comments abt the funny wordings in the Photograph that it cud b possible that what we are seeing is ACTUALLY A Late Devanand taken FROM THE LOOKS OF THE GREAT MAN, WHO NEVER EVER SPORTED ANY SUCH SULLEN LOOK PERHAPS IN HIS LIFETIME, ANYBODY WUD EXPLAIN

what a ridiculous post. There is nothing wrong in this photo being published. It eventually would have been published whether Dev saab were alive or not. No idea what you are railing about people's abuses and blah blah. Dev Anand is a respected celibrity.

MOST LIVELY PERSONALITY
by sunilkumar mishra on Dec 07, 2011 04:53 PM  | Hide replies

Dev Anand was without doubt one of the most lively and stylish personalities one might ever have come across. See how he has maintained himself even a few days before he left all of us for good. He defied age and and failures
