the problem with you shraddha, you did not stand up amongst the crowd. when a chance was given to you to be the leader you did not utilise it. And you are very laid back , you should be a person to make things happen, lead and should be entertaning atleast in your talks. your conversation should have been intelligent. but you wasted your opportunity by not being the frontrunner.
