Missing Dev Anand. Hard to believe he is no more. Cult Actor. Irrepairable loss. This time, i am sure i would complete the book "Romancing with Life" started some time ago
I am a big fan of Dev Sahib. I heard about he was working as a Clerk in Office before choosing his career in Bollywood. I didn't no how he came to bollywood, but he became a famous Actor. I most of like all his movies but my favourite movie is jewel thief and songs of the film.

His love for life was incredible...and stayed always young...made his last movie when he was 86 or 87...was still working when he died....you would probably need your grandsons and grand daughters to carry you to the washroom, in case you live that long

you are entitled to yr opinion, but the man had the charm that is missing in todays actors, today only brawn, removing shirst , dev had that special thing, we can never tire of seeing his movies and songs, he will always have a special niche in our hearts, a great showman and a very nice human being, which we sadly lack today.
Dev Anand was one amongst the three great actors of his generation - Dilip Kumar,Raj Kapoor and himself. But he has outlasted them all by working till the very end of his illustrious life. His flamboyant style, elegance and urban look will never be matched.Such genius are born once in a century and he is a 'kohinoor' produced by the Indian Film Industry.May his soul rest in peace.
