Your knocking on the wrong door so to speak. The minimum qualification for agreeing to your condition are:
1) Abject poverty 2) Illiteracy 3) No hopes of a human existence either on their own competence or on the fuctioning of what passes for governance in India
I don't know them socially, but the beggars at traffic signals appear to meet your above required criteria. You may want to find a suitable bride for yourself thereat. All the very best.
