when you see him on stage your adrenaline gets charged up that was how he used to be, and so were his songs picturised, you could still watch his movies twice or thrice without being bored neat and entertaining, gone are the days, gone are the actors 1 by 1 we are losing the gems
I was travelling in my car when I put on the FM radio and learnt that my favourite actor Shammi Kapoor is no more . I felt so sad that I stopped my car across the hilly road and looked up on the sky . Indeed we have lost a very versatile actor and a person with a golden heart.I started my car again,and with the song of one his movie playing in the radio , I was driving with tears rolling down my cheeks . I pray sincerely for the peace of his soul .

He was the best when it came to moments that made you jump in your seats, of hilarious dialogue deliveries, emotionally attached acting scenes and most of all his back crunching moves in songs!!!! You may have left ur body...but u'll remain in our hearts!!! May his soul rest in peace!!!
I am very shocked after knowing that shammiji is no more....He was a great actor. I enjoy each of his movie with so much joy..who can forget his jugalbandi with mahmood and PAN PARAG Ad... he is the most humourous person and pure gentleman.... i remember the show when he burst into tears after recalling his wife Geeta Bali Death...... he hasn't marry after that and took a long break from movies.....we miss you shammiji...

We all admire the freat legend and I am die hard fan but dont put wrong information that he never marriged again after hsi first wife FGeeta Bali;s death
