In 2003,2004 a number of farmers in Andhra Pradesh have committed suicide due to high debts that was in districts of Anantapuram, Guntur etc. Amitabh Bachan had donated around 16-17 Lakhs and distributed money through rotary club in Guntur, so some of the farmers were able to come out of debt. Interestingly in rural parts of Coastal Andhra, Hindi films are not common, so some of beneficiary farmers have actually never seen his films! You can still google search for that news.

Press is sold out to Anna hazara, Who is doing all for publicity and to undemocratically remove the Congress led Govt, It shame on Anna Hazara who is lowering the prestige of India. Why not he is talking about Iron Ore Scam in Karnataka which is biggest than other so called Scam like CWG and 2G. This socalled Gandhian wants Cheap publicity, even he as come on the music programm called little champs and corrupt our children mind.

The biggest foolw or cong supporter. Anna has never told about particular one, his flat statement is CORRUPTION. and make Lokpal Bill same for all. So, before writing such thing, should know the details
Except saints,all whoever come to this world learn, make mistakes and finally evolve their true personality. Just so is Amitabh Bachann, he has seen ups and downs, made mistakes but now his public conduct is without hypocrisy and sensible, thats reason I admire him. I too like so many believed that he is just a hype, but after watching Yaarana, Namak-Halal and Lawaaris and ofcourse his performance KBC(ver 1) realized he got talent and understood why he is a superstar.

Only one - GANDIS. That too, at your choice (because you elect them again n gain, evn after being screwed by then, day in n day out.)
Even rediff doesn't know about majority of the items or people or anything published on it's pages. All they're concerned about is the money to be recd for these paid items.....
Same too with our Indian bureaucrats who know more about or establish relations with neighbouring nations (Pakistan, Saudi, Gulf etc) & Muslims rather than keep knowledge of India, Indians, their constituency etc.
