Even rediff doesn't know about majority of the items or people or anything published on it's pages. All they're concerned about is the money to be recd for these paid items.....
Same too with our Indian bureaucrats who know more about or establish relations with neighbouring nations (Pakistan, Saudi, Gulf etc) & Muslims rather than keep knowledge of India, Indians, their constituency etc.

You can't compare one artist with the other. They are all good in their own strengths. After meeting Amitabh Personally(On KBC) I can say that he is a very good human being. He is a good actor too. Have you seen his movies like Sholay, Deewar & Pa. Don't compare him.

i agree AB is a good person. and a better actor too. but he never the best or even 1 of Top 3 or 5 actors. Kamal hasan , mohan lal and Mammotty are far ahead than AB in class acting. even Bollywood actor Nasarudin shah is better actor than AB.
Paa is just make up , not acting. if Kamal done Paa it could be much better and much bigger hit. Sholay ok not bad. Deevar average.
personaly i think Khakee and Black are AB;s best films
but still cannt compare with legends Kamal or mohan lal

All south actors including the 3 names you have written always overact.They are very loud in expressions and dialogue delivery. None can match AB.Go to bed now.

Can you please clarify who is Mohan Lal and Mammotty. I know Kamal Hassan as Amitabh has helped him get some roles in Bollywood so that he can get success.
Please let me know who the hell is this Mohan Lal and Mammotty and if they are so good, why not many people know about them ?

It is your opinion. For every one like you there may be 1000 persons who may say Amitabh Bachchan is the best actor. It is not a question of most popular cinema. Even the regional film actors which you mentioned have worked in Hindi films. But they have not become popular like Amitabh Bachchan.

why bigotry my friend? looks like you made up mind to admire actors only for a certain region of India? Bad, let me tell you I admire both Amitabh Bachchan and Rajanikanth, both of them are wonderful actors. I like Yaarana of Amitabh as much as I like Chandramukhi of Rajanikanth!

Sonia came after 1980 & Amar singh came close to him after 1990.He was already successful long before they both came in contact with him.His first successful movie was Zanjeer released in 1973.So please think before u speak.ILLITRATES

good human being? i doubt? he became an NRI to save tax while we salaried people first pay tax and then get our salary. he is a true professional entertaining us for hugely fee he charges - nothing goo d or bad human being in this. make a note

I am an NRI and I don't save any tax in India. There is no benefit of being an NRI. Actually if you are NRI, bank give you only 4-5 % interest compare to 8-9% to normal Indian status people.
Just for your information, one becomes NRI due to the imigration struture of India. If a person is out of INdia for any reason, for more than 182 days, he is an NRI. Amitabh in his busy carrier was out of India for shooting films for so many months and hence he became an NRI.
I can bet you tha lots of our actors are NRI's........but that does not change anything.......you cannot save tax by becaming an NRI.
