When 'Reservation' is a 'Constitutional Right' talking and taking film against 'Reservation' automatically becomes an 'Anti-Constitutional' and 'Anti-National' crime.
By this argument both 'Prakash Jha' and all actors involved should be booked and jailed.
But as 'Mayawati' did not want these people to become 'Martyrs' overnight, she 'wringing' their 'necks' with this ban.
Nevertheless, I personally believe that the way forward for oppressed people like Dalits and OBCs is a 'Total Ban' on 'Caste' system.
But that thought of mine is too 'utopian' to be considered as pragmatic.

What are you talking, after all this is a movie. Movie depicts the fact of life. And you want to Jail them. Anna Hazare should decide this movie should be screened or not and not you and Mayavathi.

and who gives anna hazarer the right to decide on my behalf, he is not a elected person just some NGO guy tryin to assume the role of mass movement leader. the people should only hold the elected govt officials accountable thats it no hazare bazare muthaliks ramdevs etc

Mayawati just saved the country! Without this intervention, the people would have been doomed. A film can devastate the law and order...After all, this is a nation of dubwits and clueless....Thank Heavens, there is a god mother watching over holding hands and telling us what to do!

years of dominance and exploitation of poor dalits have clouded the minds of upper castes by the way if a decision doesnt go down well the citizens have everyright to challenge in SC (supreme court)
Solely, with a point of view of not upsetting their respective the government/s and parties ban books, movies, dramas, unlegislate a Judical Order. Never ever the longterms effects are taken into account. In the process one group learns from other and starts such demands for Ban etc for things that are inconvinient. No point in going into detail. The sum effect is that the Society on the whole, more or less, has become totally intelarant and has fast loosing capability to listen to constructive criticism or corrective measures. Duniya banane wale,kya tere man mein samaayee ? Kaheko duniya banaayee tune ?? What a mess the mankind has got into.
