Case is Closed!. No body responsible for his death. No law in this land.
But for Rajneethi and Gangajal, Jha's films hv been almost thrash..... i always suspected what movie can be made out of reservations without incitement.. now mayavati may be right in banning this useless movie...(i hv not seen it, i am sharing my feeling)

wrong feeling buddy. even damul, mrityudand and apharan were reasonably good movies. And nevertheless, when government has already created a censor board, it does not make sense to have a second state level review by people who are not qualified or appointed for the job.

Minorities and not the majorities are the legal citisens of this country. Why double standards means, votes simple!.
this issue is totally useless and time wasting. people should keep themselves away from these... they waste their time and time of others who are given reservations. their are plenty of seats and jobs for all sections of society,but some are so frustrated that they go against these. if people do not like reservation they should not be alowed to take PENSION as its also a govtt benefit, they should not use govtt buses and they should hire a costly taxi to move here and there,they should not be given cheap subsidized cylinder,they should not be given subsidised petrol and diesel, they should not take govtt houses as a benefit, they should not use govtt medical hospitals for cheap medical benefits.so when govtt do these things why dont they oppose but when something given to others they show their selfishness...cheap attitude,.. govtt should be strong enough against these elements who do notorious things.

That was a good finish Ram. If that is the case we should not treat people with reservation the same way as we do others. If everyone should be treated the same way then there should not be any caste or reservation. Let the government give money or support people in education who cannot afford it not to people who can afford it. Why do people underreservation get promoted faster then the general merit?

When world is going forward india is going backward by giving reservation.After independence, reservation was given to Dalits, SC, ST etc to improve their status but now in the present scenario Netas are using it for their votebank.By giving reservation, you can not improve their status. Intially reservation was given for 10 years and this period was enough to improve them, but now extending the period and increasing it will only harm the nation by avoiding talented general people.

my dear you can not compare between Reservation and Subsidy. Reservation means giving certain seats to special group of people and subsidy is given to all people of india.
Government should immediately distribute OBC reservation among various caste , like Yadav 1% , Jats 5% ,etc . Once single caste should not be allowed to eat up whole of OBC reservation pie.
If you feel that , people are depriving you due to your surname , just change the surname to "Gandhi" by filing an affidavit in court. This will fix the issue of deprivation once and for all.

In my locality there are 80% muslims and 20% dalits sc and sts.So many educated muslims want to contest municipal councilor elections in our constituency but it is reserved for SC and ST hindu woman.Whole world called india a biggest democracy but actually half of the seats in municipal,assembly are reserved for dalits.I appeal all the Indians to have common fight to eradicate the disease of reservation in elections,education,jobs etec.

Fully agree. This charity cannot go on even after 60 years of independence. Some sections of the politicians have vested interest in the continuation of reservation for their political gains. Statistics will show that even after 60 years things have not improved and this is only because these people do not want to struggle and compete with others to show their capability because things are easily available to them.

And this is one of the reasons this country has not progressed even after 60 years of independence because meritorious people have to struggle whereas some are born with a silver spoon (of caste)in their mouth.

Your problem will be solved shortly , government will introduce new castes like SC muslim , ST muslim, OBC muslim and general category muslim. Tracing back caste few generations back should not be a big issue.
