ya i remember him...mainly he did negative roles...mostly in family drama films...sometimes also he used to make pregnannt unmarried girls and then flatly refused to marry them... anyways, sad that he went thru all this...may re recover soon from his financial and mental woes...

So, what the Big Issue ? There r so many pple in India Who is Suffering Financial and below the poverty line,
Still, he is US and Driving a Taxi, there are so many pples, who dont hav anything to Eat, and sleeping on the Streets... First try to Help & Support those Pples...

looks like vivek is stealing from the lady's bag... something he stole is already in his right hand... the kid looks unhappy with vivek,.. maybe vivek was flirting with his mom :)
It looks like that Vivek's hand is in Filoo's bag. Neil is looking at Vivek suspiciously. Filoo seems to be running away (like trying to get his hand out of her bag). She is having a suppressed smile because she has already taken her wallet out of her purse and she is holding it in her other hand. When Vivek realizes that he is being photographed, he adds a "plastic" smile on his face.

Vivek is either stealing from that lady's bag (Bad thing) OR he is helping the lady by pulling her carry-on luggage (Good thing).
