Great ... what a way to show the difference between civilized religion and barbaric religion
I have zero knowledge about music. For me any music which is very nice to listen is good music. I did not like ROZA song except Choti si Aasha. I too was surprised why people say he is great. But today, after many years and listening to many of his song, I really feels he is unique. Many people who have commented here are typoically those who do not have ability to appericate any body talent. Normally we call them looser :)
A R Rahman says he was introduced to the music world by his father " R K Shekar". His father influenced a lot in the initial stages. He admires his father's music.
And also, we know that he changed his religiona and his name. But WHY doesnt he add his father's initial "S" to his name ? Why isnt he known as S.A.R. Rahman?

Oh, please help him out since you have a lot of spare time. You know... the gazette formalities and all. He needs someone who can wear his chappals. You fit.

Thanks for confessing at least now. From his music we can make out he was forced to become a musician. And please dont lift our patriotic songs, religious songs, national anthem etc., and remix them. Lastly, time and again I don't understand why rediff is obsessed with this man.
