Hi Iam born as AR Rahman at Rawalpindi Pakistan. My father expired when I was 9 and was forced to follow him to become musician. Then our family came across lots of hardships and we tried spiritual means to get back to normalcy. Thats when we met a hindu priest at Kasi and we converted to Hindiusm. My name is now Dhilip. But sadly, unlike the other AR Rahman from Madras, who was graciosuly accepted by the Hindu dominated India, A Fatwa was issued against me and my family for leaving Islam - the religion of peace. Unlike the other AR Rahman, who was glorified by Indian govt for winning Oscar, I was literally thrown out by the Pakistani Govt, Troubled by the taliban and threatened by the daily mullahs. Please help me.
It's too late but nevertheless, you can still quit & stop putting us through this torture in the name of music!! You want us to believe it for a minute?? Cut the crap & your nonsense music!

Thanks for confessing at least now. From his music we can make out he was forced to become a musician. And please dont lift our patriotic songs, religious songs, national anthem etc., and remix them. Lastly, time and again I don't understand why rediff is obsessed with this maN??
