All these westerners and celebrities travelling to third world countries is for a holiday break from their luxury life style. They are smartly doing it as an NGO fashion. You and i will be the first to travel anywhere in this world, if you know that you are going to be back to your own place anytime soon. Do you think these people will stay there forever to serve :-)

well ape man,they are genuinely trying to help and when back home they decide on doing something,they really mean doing something.So hold your horses before you say something.
